The registration procedure is the same for both environments, but you must complete it separately for each environment.

1. Requirement for a Luxtrust product

The FIU online reporting portal is secured by strong authentication. You must therefore obtain a LuxTrust product.

Every new LuxTrust product must be registered. To register it, you must have access to the email address linked to that product.

All Luxtrust products authorised for MyGuichet, Pro and Private, are accepted. However, we strongly recommend using a Pro certificate.

Changing your LuxTrust product

A simple renewal of your LuxTrust product does not change your access to goAML.

However, if you change your product due to loss, or if you wish to use a different LuxTrust product, the system will consider you a new user. You must go through all the steps again:

registration of the LuxTrust product
registration in goAML (registering a user for an existing reporting entity)
and, if applicable, the goAML administrator must again assign you the appropriate role(s).

The same applies if information on your LuxTrust product changes.

Specific points

The LuxTrust certificate is personal. It is associated with one and only one user in goAML.

The link between the LuxTrust product used during registration and the reporting entity is permanent and cannot be broken. Therefore, this LuxTrust product cannot be reused to link to another reporting entity.

A new LuxTrust product will be required and you must register for the new reporting entity. More details

Note:

Information concerning reporting entities provided in the training environment up to 9 December 2016 inclusive has automatically been transferred to the production environment. This allowed reporting entities registered before that date to keep their “reporting entity identifier”, and to generate XML files identically in both environments.

Important:
Users linked to the reporting entity were also migrated.
Thus, all users registered — with their LuxTrust product — in the training environment on 9 December 2016 can log into the production environment with the same certificate.
Only the first LuxTrust authentication step is required again in the production environment, since the portals are separate.

WARNING :

Depending on the access rights granted to existing users in the training environment, these users may also be able to submit reports to the FIU. This may not be desired by the reporting entity (e.g., IT team members). The goAML administrator must make the necessary corrections to the access rights.

Registrations in the training environment after that date will no longer be automatically transferred to the production environment.
