The reporting entity may have as many users as necessary.

e.g. having several members of the reporting entity’s compliance department who can submit suspicious activity reports (SARs) to the FIU.

IMPORTANT:

1. The reporting entity must be registered and validated by the FIU before any users can register.
2. Each user registers themselves using their own LuxTrust product.
3. The goAML administrator decides whether or not to validate the user; the FIU will not intervene in the validation of users.

The user who wants to register must know the reporting entity’s identifier.

This number can be found in the confirmation email sent when the reporting entity was registered:

If the goAML administrator (the user who registered the reporting entity) no longer has this email, they can find the identifier by logging into goAML and accessing the menu:

First, you must register your LuxTrust product (one-time registration).

Once the LuxTrust product registration has been completed, you can fill in the registration form:

You must provide the reporting entity’s identifier and an email address. Afterwards, the user submitting a report will receive a submission notification at the email address provided here.

We also ask you to provide a telephone number.

The fields:

• “Username”
• “Password” and “Confirm password”
• “First name”
• “Last name”

are pre-filled by LuxTrust authentication.

WARNING: If you encounter the following error when submitting your registration: “Email address already provided…”, please apply the following workaround.

IMPORTANT

After submitting the request, please contact the goAML administrator of the reporting entity (they will not receive any notification about this), who will decide whether to approve or reject your registration.

It is possible to register as an administrator or member of several reporting entities. However, a different LuxTrust certificate will be required for each reporting entity. In other words, you will have one LuxTrust PRO certificate per reporting entity for which you act.
