Asset characteristics
Characteristics that allow the asset to be identified or distinguished.
Example: gold object
Description
Brief description of the asset.
Previous owner
First name, last name, or legal name of the previous owner (if known).
This person must also be entered as an object in the report:
Current owner
First name, last name, or legal name of the current owner.
This person must also be entered as an object in the report:
Current value
The value of the asset, estimated if necessary, on the date the report is submitted.
Asset status
The following options are available:
- Bought
- Destroyed
- Donated
- Exchanged
- Hired
- Sold
- Other
Acquisition value
Price paid when the asset was acquired.
Registration date
Registration number
Information related to the registration of the asset.
Example: the registration date and registration number of a vehicle.
Identification number
The serial number assigned to the asset.
For electronic devices connected to a network, the IMEI number must be entered in this field.
Address
Refers in particular to the address of a real estate asset.
