Adresses

It is possible to enter one or several addresses (using the + button) under a person or an entity.

Type

• IP Address (other)

Any known IP addresses related to the person must be entered as an address.

Details on IP addresses

A valid IP address entry requires the following information:

Address

The IP number (including IPv6)

Connection Date and Time (IP)

The date and time of the connection in the format:
YYYY/MM/DDT00:00:00 (GMT time zone)
Example: 2016-05-30T09:30:10

City

The city of the connection (if known — otherwise insert the number “0” in this field)

Country

The country of the connection (if known — otherwise select “Unknown”)

• IP Address (registration)

The IP address through which the client identified themselves for the first time with the reporting entity.

Example:

• Private
• Professional
• Registered Office

This type applies to legal persons and refers to the address of the company’s registered office, as recorded in the commercial and companies register.

Other fields

All other fields — to the extent that they are used to enter a physical address — do not require additional comments.
