Cash deposit
This note details how to enter the transaction type “Cash deposit” in person or by debit card:
- Cash deposit at counter
- Cash deposit at ATM
Transaction status
- Authorized (credit card transactions)
- Executed
- Refused
- Announced
- Cancelled by the client
- Pending
Connection date and time
If the time of the transaction is known, the “Date and time of connection” must be provided. This information must be provided in the format: YYYY-MM-DDT00:00:00 (GMT)
Example: 2016-05-30T09:30:10
Location
You must indicate the branch counter or ATM where the deposit took place.
For the "From" and "To" parts, "Our client" must be provided. This is because it is the client who is making a deposit to a client-related account.
If the source of funds is in a currency other than EUR, the Foreign currency section must be filled-in.
Next, you must specify the object type for the source of the funds.
IMPORTANT:
For a “Cash deposit” transaction type, the "From" object type must ALWAYS be: “Person” or “Person (Our Client)”
Thus, you must fill-in the details of the person who sent the funds.
As a general rule, all known information about this person must be provided by the reporting entity.

If the destination of funds is in a currency other than EUR, the Foreign currency section must be filled-in.
Next, you must specify the object type for the destination of the funds.
IMPORTANT:
For a “Cash deposit” transaction type, the "To" object type must ALWAYS be: “Account” or “Account (My Client)”
Thus, you must fill-in the details of the destination account.

Since "Our Client" must be selected, you must complete the section “Related person(s)” (account holder, beneficial owner) - person potentially existing already (see How to use an existing object), and if the holder is an entity, also the “Account Owning Entity” must be provided.
