In this menu, the goAML administrator can assign (add and/or remove) different access-right profiles to validated users.
A list of all users registered under the reporting entity is displayed:
You must click on a user to see the profiles assigned to them:
In this example, the user was assigned the universal Reporting Entity User profile upon validation. If this profile is not suitable, you can uncheck it and select the appropriate profile. To create your own access‑right profiles (Reporting Entity Profiles), see: Role management
You can therefore assign a different profile to the user:
To apply the changes, you must click “Save”. The user will then have the assigned profile and the corresponding access rights.
Users may have multiple access-right profiles.
Note: To remove all access rights from a user, simply uncheck all boxes and click “Save”:
As a result, the user—although still able to log in to goAML—will no longer have access to any goAML content. They will only see the homepage. To prevent the user from logging into goAML entirely: deactivate a user
