Roles management

Access rights are defined through profiles.

There are three types of universal profiles:

1) Reporting Entity Administrator

The Reporting Entity Administrator has access to all goAML functionalities. In particular, they can:

  • submit reports to the FIU
  • modify the reporting entity’s data
  • access statistics
  • manage access rights
  • validate the reporting entity’s users

2) Reporting Entity User

The Reporting Entity User does not have access to all goAML functionalities. They can:

  • submit reports to the FIU
  • consult the reports submitted by the reporting entity
  • access the Message Board

3) Reporting Entity lawyer

The RE Lawyer cannot submit reports.

The natural person who registers the reporting entity automatically receives, after validation, the profiles Reporting Entity Administrator and Reporting Entity User.

Any subsequent user automatically receives, after validation, only the Reporting Entity User profile.

If the reporting entity no longer has any user with the Reporting Entity Administrator profile (e.g., the user can no longer access their account or left the company before transferring this profile to someone else), please contact us.

Please contact us at goaml_helpdesk@justice.etat.lu if you have specific needs regarding profiles.
