GDPR information in your reports

If your report contains elements that have been masked through a GDPR compliance process, please ensure that you do not include any personal data that has been pseudonymised.

Such data does not add value to the analysis and may even create confusion or lead to incorrect links if it is provided in a structured manner. If you believe it is useful, in the context of your report, to communicate that a link once existed with a person who is no longer known to you, please indicate this in the motivation section.

One case where removing a pseudonymised element results in non‑compliance with the XSD schema is when a suspicious account held with you has no other holder than the pseudonymised person. In this situation, you may treat the account as if it were a “Third-Party Object” (see Explanation of the "Our Client" object), since you no longer possess all the information normally required for an “Our Client” object. )
