Essential data for the different types of objects

For goAML to correctly recognize an object (natural person, account, legal entity) that already exists in the database, it is important to provide a minimum set of information in the object forms.
This should be done whenever possible. If you do not have certain information, do not enter it.

Additionally, please ensure that these objects are entered consistently throughout the report (whether it is a manual report – see the tip How to use an already-entered object – or a report submitted via XML).
This helps avoid the creation of multiple duplicate objects referring to the same entity.

Natural Person

• First name – first_name
• Last name – last_name
• Date of birth – birthdate
• Place of birth – birth_place
• Nationality 1 – nationality1

Account

• Account number (IBAN without spaces when known) – account
• SWIFT / Institution identifier – swift / institution_code

Legal Entity

• Registered name – name
• RCS number – incorporation_number
• Country of incorporation – incorporation_country_code
