User request management

This menu displays all requests (initial validation requests and change requests) submitted by the reporting entity’s users.

A filter can be applied to refine a search based on the request status:

• all
• waiting
• in progress

It is also possible to filter and/or group the information using the available columns.

This is the menu where the goAML administrator must validate users who register for the reporting entity:

A newly registered user is not automatically validated and therefore cannot access goAML yet. The reporting entity’s goAML administrator must validate the user.
The FIU will not intervene in the validation of users.

Note: By default, the natural person who registered the reporting entity is assigned the goAML administrator role.

You must click the link “Waiting for RE admin to Verify”, which opens a window showing the details of the registration request:

The goAML administrator has two options:

1. Reject the user: click the “Reject” button
2. Validate the user: click the “Validate” button

Note: If the goAML administrator is unavailable or if there are no current users with administrator rights, please contact goaml_helpdesk@justice.etat.lu and explain the situation.

After validation, the goAML administrator can define this user's rights
