Alerts of typologies and information indicating a significant risk of fraud (Bill No. 8722)

The CRF (FIU) invites all professionals who, under Bill No. 8722, are eligible to receive alerts—namely, “the professionals referred to in Article 2, paragraph (1), items 1 and 201”—to an initial informational meeting to explain the context and implications of this new tool in the legislative framework for combating fraud.
