Report reference number in goAML Web
When you create an online report or submit a ZIP or XML file, goAML automatically assigns a reference to it in the format X‑Y‑Z. This reference can be found either directly in the online report itself or in DRAFTS or SUBMITTED REPORTS, in the first column labelled ID.
- X represents the sequential number, e.g., 26440‑1‑0.
- Y represents the XML file number within a submitted ZIP file, e.g., 26440‑0‑0
1. For online reports, individual XML files, and ZIP files, this number will always be 0.
2. For reports submitted within a ZIP file, the first XML file will receive the number 1, e.g., 26440‑1-0 the second will receive 2, e.g., 26440‑2‑0, and so on.
- Z represents the version number of the report. This applies only to reports created online, for example when they are rejected and returned to you, e.g., 26440‑0‑1.
