2016-05-20 goAML – to be used by all Reporting Entities

goAML will be used by the CRF to receive all suspicious transaction reports as of 1 January 2017.

Depending on the reporting entity activity, the need for IT developments will vary.

We recommend that any reporting entity:

• that submits a large number of transactions (e.g., operations on a bank account or an electronic money wallet) develop IT solutions enabling the submission of reports in XML format
• that reports suspicious activities without needing to provide large numbers of transactions use the Web form
