Business closure or employee departure
End of employment of the reporting entity’s only user
If the reporting entity continues its activity, but its only goAML user stops working there:
- If the replacement is already available:
- The replacement registers in goAML.
- The current user validates the registration and assigns the universal profile “Reporting Entity Administrator.”
- When the current user leaves the company, the replacement can deactivate them.
- If the reporting entity’s account used the user’s personal email address, it should be updated with the replacement’s address (best practice: use a team distribution email).
- If the replacement is not yet available:
- The current user must contact the FIU when leaving the company to inform them that, until the replacement arrives and is validated, the reporting entity will not be reachable via goAML (the user will be deactivated).
- The departing user must provide the reporting entity’s identifier to the company so the replacement can register when they arrive.
- Once the replacement has submitted their registration request, they must contact the FIU to be validated and to receive the universal profile “Reporting Entity Administrator.”
Reporting entity business closure
If the reporting entity ceases its activity, please contact the FIU by email at:
📧 goaml_helpdesk@justice.etat.lu
The FIU will deactivate the reporting entity’s account and the associated user account(s).
This is very important because the FIU sends requests for information and must ensure that its list of reporting entities remains up to date.
Note: It is not possible to delete a user or a reporting entity. They can only be deactivated.
