This menu displays a list containing the details of the mandated reporting entity (mandataire) and the mandated reporting entity(ies) (mandant(s))):

This is the menu where you can create delegations based on a mandate. To do so, the mandated reporting entity that will file reports on behalf of one or several mandating entities must be registered in goAML.

At the top right of this page, click the following button (tooltip: Add a new reporting entity (based on a received delegation)):

The registration form will open, and you can enter the information of the mandating entity.

The FIU must validate the registration of this entity.

Important: This validation by the FIU is purely technical and does not release either the mandated entity or the mandating entity(ies) from their obligation to assess the risks of (i) violating the non‑disclosure obligation (“tipping-off”) and (ii) potential conflicts of interest as described  here.

Important: The “delegation” feature in goAML is purely technical and has no impact on the applicable legal framework (which remains that of the mandate).

After validation, when you log in to goAML, you will need to select the reporting entity on whose behalf you intend to submit reports.

Modifying the data of a principal reporting entity

Select the principal reporting entity you want to modify from the dropdown list, then click the button “Modify this reporting entity (based on a received delegation)” and make the necessary changes in the form that opens (e.g., updating the delegation). These changes must be validated by the FIU.
