Account number

The number of the virtual currency wallet must be provided. To ensure that this number is unique, it must be preceded by the reporting entity’s BIC/SWIFT code. If the reporting entity does not have such a code, please contact the FIU.

SWIFT or Identifier – swift or institution_code

If the reporting entity has a BIC/SWIFT code, this code must be provided.

Otherwise, you must contact the FIU to determine an appropriate Identifier (institution_code).

Must be provided in EUR.

If the virtual currency wallet belongs to a client AND is relevant to the report you must fill-in the values for all possible fields, including: the entity related to the account (if applicable) and the person(s) related to the account.

Example:

If the virtual currency wallet does NOT belong to a client OR it belongs to a client but is not relevant to the report,  you must fill-in the values for the following fields: Account number, SWIFT or Identifier (institution_code), Account holder name.

In this case, please do not provide values for: "Account Owning Entity", "Other Related Entity(ies)", "Related Person(s)"
