Account number

As a general rule, the IBAN (without spaces) must be entered.

Entering the account number in another format is limited to accounts that do not follow the IBAN standard.

You may always enter the internal account number (e.g. root number) in the “Client number” field.

 

IBAN

The IBAN must be provided without spaces.

 

SWIFT

As a general rule, the SWIFT code must be provided.

 

Branch

This value must only be provided if the SWIFT contains more than 8 characters (excluding the format TESTLULLXXX). If this is the case, you must enter the full SWIFT both in this field and in the SWIFT field.

 

Identifier – institution_code

For bank accounts for which the SWIFT is unknown, select Identifier (institution_code) and indicate the ISO country code followed by the bank identification, e.g. a routing number: GB123456

Non‑banking institution

This should be left empty.

 

If the bank account belongs to a client of the reporting entity AND is relevant to the report, you must fill-in all possible fields, including: the entity related to the account (if applicable), and the person(s) related to the account.

 

Example:

 

If the bank account does not belong to a client of the reporting entity OR it belongs to such a client but is not relevant to the report, you must fill-in only the following fields:

  • Account number
  • IBAN (if applicable)
  • SWIFT (and Branch if applicable)
  • Identifier (institution_code) (if applicable)
  • Account holder name

In this case, do not fill-in: “Account Owning Entity” nor "Other Related Entity(ies)" nor "Related Person(s)"

If both IBAN AND SWIFT of a bank account are unknown, you must provide the following fields:
