Training environment

If you want to familiarize yourself with goAML without any risk of sending a report to the FIU, you can use the training environment (the same registration procedure applies). Indeed, submissions in this environment are not taken into account by the FIU.

If you are developing XML files:

If you are an e‑commerce Reporting Entity (goAML reporting types: E‑Bank, Electronic Money Institutions, Payment Institutions, Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASP)), please contact us to receive an additional document to be taken into account. Note: It is not possible to use the “transactions” XSD schema.

Below is a summary of the procedure to obtain our approval to send XML files in our production environment:

1. You must send representative test XML files in the training environment — it is strictly forbidden to send test files in the production environment — so that we can evaluate them regarding data quality and content.
2. You must contact us (via CRF_IT@justice.etat.lu) indicating the references of the test submissions sent (whose status in goAML Web is “Transmission in progress” or “Received”) for which you request feedback.
3. You must wait for our feedback!
   • If our feedback indicates that the data quality is not yet satisfactory, you must restart the procedure from step 1.
   • If the data quality is satisfactory, we will give you our written approval to send your XML files in our production environment.
4. Only after receiving our written approval may you send XML files in our production environment.

For reasons of data quality, please do not send XML files in the production environment before receiving FIU approval. This also applies after major changes in your developments.
